Sesame Miso Tahini Stir-fry Sauce
Sesame Miso Tahini Stir-fry Sauce is an easy and quick sauce to pour all over chicken and vegetables for a filling dinner. Sometimes I add rice or quinoa. If you like cauliflower rice, it’d be great with that as well.
Servings: makes enough for about 3 servings of stir-fry
Ingredients:
-1/4 cup tamari or coconut aminos or soy sauce
-1/4 cup rice vinegar
-1 tbsp white miso paste
-1 tbsp tahini

-1 tsp toasted sesame oil
-1/2 tbsp cornstarch or arrowroot starch
Instructions:
1. Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl.
